In the modern society where one is surrounded with such images, you feel that it is all that society wants – a thin body.

Losing weight can be difficult; especially if you are not really motivated. It is so much harder to achieve weight loss if you are at all sure about whether or not you actually want to. In reality, if you want to stand any chance of losing weight then you have to be motivated to do so. So if you are not already motivated to lose weight then you need to get motivated.
